Return & Refund Policy

At Haus of Doors, we aim for total transparency. Please read our return conditions below before placing your order.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in new condition: unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.

2. Custom-Made Products (Non-Returnable)

Important: Because doors and windows are often manufactured to specific dimensions, all custom-made or special-order products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom products once production has begun.

3. Returns for Buyer’s Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return a standard (non-custom) stocked item for reasons other than a defect (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size):

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items. This will be deducted from your refund.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect:

  • No Fees: You will not be charged a restocking fee.

  • Shipping: Haus of Doors will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no charge.

  • Action Required: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at Sales@hausofdoors.com with photos of the damage.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email Sales@hausofdoors.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  2. Shipping Address: Once approved, items must be sent to:

  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) to your original payment method within 10 business days.

All refunds are subject to a non‑refundable 3% transaction fee. This fee applies to the full order total, including product cost, shipping, and tax. The fee is charged by the credit card processor and is not retained by our company. Restocking fees may apply separately; however, the 3% processing fee is always required.
